John Nodilo

An experienced writer, producer and director John is best known for the feature film Unsullied (STARZ) as well as various marketing campaigns. John has also created numerous scripted and unscripted television series highlighted by a half-hour scripted series he created, wrote (pilot) and placed in development at HBO where he produced alongside Spike Lee and Doug Ellin. 

At Cove John handles all production, directing, creative writing & client relations and has directed campaigns for Freeform, Sherwin Williams, Target,  E!, Disney+, Butterfinger, and numerous others. In the creative marketing space John brings a unique and energetic voice and vision to even the most straightforward of marketing content. 

In addition to his responsibilities at Cove John is developing a scripted series with former NBA Star Penny Hardaway, Producing and Directing the upcoming indie-thriller Thirst, and coaching his sons T-ball — go Burbank Yankees! 


Todd Luka

With 15 years of experience in entertainment marketing, including a 2020 Clio Award, Todd has collaborated on some of the most successful promotional marketing and advertising campaigns for major television networks, cable channels, internet, and app-based companies. He loves bringing stories to life from pre-production to post using his technical skills and creative problem-solving ability. Todd’s easy demeanor, can-do attitude, paired with his 6’3″ stature, leads to frequently being stopped in stores to reach items on the top shelf. 



Award-winning cinematographer and director, Steve has shot numerous films, series, and documentaries including Netflix’s coded bias. When not behind the camera Steve directs episodes of USA’s Queen of the South.  

Shawn Aly

Emmy nominated producer for Shark Tank, Shawn has vast experience in producing including for numerous Mark Burnett series and various marketing campaigns including those for Disney+, Freeform, and Sherwin Williams. 


A widely skilled production designer CJ has worked on various television series and marketing campaigns including NBC’s The Masked Singer as well as campaigns for Paramount, Butterfinger, and others.

A truly innovation creative thinker Chris is a well of creative energy. From his award-winning podcast, best selling book, and work with brands across nearly every industry from the White House (Obama) to Warner Bros and NASA he’s out of this world. 


An experienced producer / storyteller Navid has developed films for Silver Pictures, New Regency, FilmEngine and others serving as President (Film Engine) SVP of Development (Regency & Silver). His films include Black Hawk Down, Rock N Rolla, and White Chicks.
